Methodology
How we work, from first contact through to delivery.
Every engagement at Techgemony is scoped around the client's actual need, rather than run through a rigid process identical for everyone. That said, the following broad stages structure most of our engagements.
1. Initial scoping conversation
We take the time to understand your context, your challenges and your real constraints, with no jargon and no standardised proposal forced from the outset. This first conversation carries no commitment on your part.
2. A proposal matched to your need
We propose support that matches this diagnosis: a defined-scope offer for a specific need (audit, creation, support), or a custom roadmap for more strategic topics such as advisory and AI transformation, where each engagement is defined case by case.
3. Carrying out the engagement
We run the engagement using the methodology suited to its nature: a structured audit of your systems, iterative development for a site or application, progressive rollout for an AI solution, or setting up ongoing support.
4. Delivery and follow-up
Every engagement concludes with a clear delivery: full access handed over, or ongoing managed services, depending on your choice. Follow-up remains available over time, notably through our client portal for support and maintenance.
A method, not a mould
These steps provide a general structure, not a fixed process identical for everyone. A Flash Audit wraps up in a single session, while an AI transformation project builds progressively over several months: every pole and every engagement adapts to the real need, never the other way around.
